Privacy Policy
Panorama Retreats does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
This Privacy Policy describes how Daich.studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) treats information in connection with the Panorama Retreats application for Apple Vision Pro (the “App”). We designed the App so that it simply has nothing to collect. The sections below explain this in detail.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any information from you or about you. Specifically, the App does not:
- require or offer an account, sign-in, or registration;
- collect your name, email address, contact details, or any other personal identifiers;
- collect usage data, analytics, crash reports, or diagnostics through any third-party service;
- use advertising, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies;
- collect location data, device identifiers, or contacts;
- include any third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data.
2. Network Activity
The current version of the App works entirely offline. Every scene is bundled inside the App. The App does not contact any server operated by us, and it does not upload data of any kind.
As more scenes are added, a future version may not be able to include every scene inside the App itself. In that case, additional scenes may be downloaded on demand from Apple’s content delivery servers (for example through Apple’s Background Assets service). Such downloads contain only scene files; they do not send any information about you to us, and we do not receive any personal data from them.
3. Photos and the Photo Library
The App interacts with your photo library in two limited, user-initiated ways. In both cases the content stays on your device.
- Saving a scene. When you choose to save a panorama, the App asks for permission to add images to your photo library. This permission is add-only: the App cannot read, browse, or modify your existing photos. The saved image is stored in your library, under your control, so that visionOS can turn it into a Personal Environment.
- Placing your own photo in a scene. Some scenes let you place a photo of your choice on a sign or canvas. You select the photo through the standard system photo picker, which shares only the single image you pick. The App uses that image solely to render the scene on your device. It is never uploaded, copied elsewhere, or retained after you close the App.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
The App keeps a small amount of preference data on your device only, such as which scenes you have already saved, so it can show that status the next time you open it. This information is stored locally by the operating system, is not personal, is never transmitted, and is deleted when you delete the App.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children, and because it collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
6. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the App ever changes how it handles data, we will update this policy before that version is released and revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
